Act's like not getting fuel

2024 Kawasaki Ridge 1000, having problem acting like not getting gas? Machine runs fine when cold but when warmed up you can’t go more than 1/2 throttle. We’ve put new gas, oil, air filters in, we replaced spark plugs we’ve ran heet and fuel stabilizer in it. We’ve cleaned the filter at end of exhaust it was full of crap whatever comes through exhaust, thought bout switching exhaust with another machines exhaust. Brought to dealer they said clutch was full of mud it wasn’t and that didn’t work.

Are you putting regular or premium fuel in it? I had a Can-Am that would only run the regular cheap stuff. If I put premium fuel in it, it would run like crap.

We tried both fuels runs the same on either one. We cleaned the screen off on the tip of the exhaust it was full of sediment or whatever would build up in the exhaust, that didn’t work. Thought bout changing exhaust to see if that would help. Wonder if there could be back pressure in exhaust? After we cleaned the tip of exhaust when it spits a sputters it’ll back fire now. Never did til we cleaned the exhaust tip

You could try removing the muffler to see if it solves the issue. If so, then maybe it's blocked somehow.

10/4 that’s what we are thinking, maybe exhaust plugged. Not sure how either, think I mentioned the screen on end of muffler was plugged pretty good with whatever can come out of exhaust. Thank You

Check position of your parking brake, fully engage and then fully disengage,

10/4 did still same thing. Stilll thinking exhaust.

Have you thought of doing the fuel filter... I like running the cheap gas from the local Circle K.. and have had to replace my fuel filter with a panty hose secondary type filter... it works pretty well~

10/4 thanks for advice. Also have another problem with Kawasaki Ridge 1000. It shifts WAY TO HARD, you have to use 2 hands sometimes. The RPM’S are fine just over 1000, we have to shut it off and shift sometimes. We compared to another Ridge 1000 and same RPM’S with both. Probably has cable goes to transmission which we will break I’m sure. Anybody else have or had this problem?

The fuel filter is inside fuel tank right? I think I remember pulling it out and it was fine?
