Heater is warm but not enough. I think engine running to cold right now but will be worse the colder it gets. I was going to try blocking off some air flow through the radiator with some cardboard. Didn't know if anybody else noticed this. I did this on my rangers & worked fine. I blocked off 1/2 the radiator flow so it would warm up better. Just don't forget to remove it when warmer outside. These crew cabs require more heat & the engine is quite a bit farther back from the heater core & radiator. Basically, the cab heater takes all the heat the engine can produce.

just saying, i have the camo hvac, not crew, and other day for heck of it checked heat coming out of vent, outside temp was 35, rode for bout 15 minutes and stopped and at a idle it checked and i stopped at air flow temp of 135, it was blazing hot inside.

Depends on outside temp. 15 degrees engine runs 130 to 155. 90 degrees out it runs 175 to 190.
Have you checked to see if your cable for the temperature is set right? The HVAC cables were all messed up on mine when I got it

That is something my Ridge needs. Although the temp cable is fine, the vent direction cable is out of adjustment. Thanks
