Interactive display

Has anyone installed the interactive display with the visor speakers and stage 2 speakers and sub? If so has anyone had any trouble with the display unit randomly turning off and rebooting ? I have checked all the power connections multiple times and everything is tight . I called the dealer and they recommended that I update the firmware.did that and no change.

It happened to me in the beginning.. we were able to update the software and it fixed the problem... my dealer said that we should check for an update every 6 months
