I took mine back apart to put a new belt on. Threaded the two bolts in to spread the secondary and Wellboth bolts stripped out the secondary. Thankfully the third bolt held and spread the secondary so I could get the belt off. NOW I need a new secondary. It is a crappy set up a steel bolt going through aluminum wit very little thread in the sheaves for contact. Also my fixed half is all marked up where the bolt contacts the sheaves. What a mess.
