After a year of ownership, and the windshield washer failing, the rear shock blowing out, ever single piece of plastic on the machine that faces the sun looking like chalk, a blanked out garmin screen, terrible rear camera, glove box that does not latch, terrible rattle that still is not solved, doors that fit poorly, windshield that leaks and a clutch that has been an issue from day one.............the clutch has seemingly been fixed with a new primary and secondary clutch from Kawi. Though Kawi has made good on all the issues, I have to say that this is the worst machine I have ever owned, and I have owned a Polaris, Can Am, and this is my 3rd Kawi. The machine has 200 miles on it, and has lived at the dealership more than with me. Is anyone else seeing these issues or did I just get a total Lemon. If I did not have so much into the machine with custom stuff trying to make it "my own", I would dump it tomorrow. I hate to say it, but I think I would have been better buying a CF Moto Highland, even if it does come from China. It can't be any worse than what I am experiencing.

Yikes! Sorry you've had such a bad experience with your Ridge. It sounds like you got unlucky with a batch of parts. Hopefully, you're over the worst of it now.

Sorry to hear of your issues. Other than required maintenance and a couple door adjustments, I've had zero issues.

Did Kawasaki replace your clutch system under warrantybecause of the jerkiness?

I have had all the same issues you have had. I had to change dealerships because the one I bought it from was not listening to me and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. They would keep it for weeks and not touch it so I changed. The new dealership listened and wrote down every issue I was having, clutch herky jerky, steering rack rattling, doors popping open and very hard to open, and windshield wiper popping off. They talked to Kawi and Kawasaki is going to replace everything with the new 2026 parts. This is the way it should be and my Ridge is a 24 and I have only 55 hours on it and most of the time I have had it has been at the service department. I hope all the new parts will fix my buggy as I do like it, but I will either trade it if the issues continue after all the warranty issues have been addressed, or pursue the Lemon Law here in Texas.
