I have been having clutch issues with the belt making noise, got this kit think it would solve problems NOPE not at all... been in and out of the shop at least 3 times now. Kawi been good about making it all good and trying to fix it throwing parts at it. Did you have a issue with a squealing belt?Just installed the “Aftermarket Assassins “ clutch kit with new cover. WHAT A DIFFERENCE it made! No more jerky starts. Lowered top end RPM’s. Seems much smoother. I highly recommend the kit. I installed it and took less than an hour. I got the magnet setup recommended by AA for “cruiser RPM and 5000 elevation”.

Give a Cornell Customs primary spring a try. It will most likely do what you are looking for. Less than $100. Easy to put in. Easy to take out if you have warranty issues come up.how much does it cost to put a aftermarket clutch kit in a 2025 camo hvac to straighten out this DAMN jerking and does it affect your warranty, please help, this is totally stupid, my 2016 Polaris 900xp was way greater machine to drive!
