I looked on line at Kawasaki and it shows no recalls for this

Georgetown KY dealership says no problem, I can't find any recalls or fixes. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix? I only have 150 miles on it. When it is cold it will almost throw your head into back window. I down to thinking I will have to trade (not a Kawasaki)

Have you been able to get it fixed and if so, what was the fix?

I have a 2025 Ridge HVAC, jerky acceleration when cold. Are there any fixes?
