    Heater problems & probably minor

Have you checked to see if your cable for the temperature is set right? The HVAC cables were all messed up on mine when I got it

2024 KWF1000E California - fuel tank collapsing when driving,

Your vent is plugged. It is at the rear of the drivers door opening. You have to take off the plastic cover that goes around the door catch. I would put a metal roll over valve in place of the factory check valve while you are in there

    Can I block this opening

That is the cab vent to let pressure out of the cab. You will hear it when you slam the door. The cabs are sealed up OK but not perfect. I have seen several people seal it up and didn't complain afterwards. I have seen in other vehicles that not having enough of a vent will reduce the amount of...

    Jerking upon acceleration.

Have you replaced the fuel filter? Check the tank vent? Either could starve it of fuel. If it is fine when cold and gets worse as you go it could be a plugged up tank vent. Try taking the gas cap off when it acts up. See if there is pressure or a vacuum on the tank. See if it is better after you...

    Door latch issue

It has been a few weeks and still no door popping issues. I am thinking that the hinges might need a little adjustment as well just to get an easier closing door. But I still highly recommend getting the latch to a free state by bending that link. It doesn't take much. Go a little, test fit...

    Door latch issue

I did. Usually it would just pop half unlatched. Enough to rattle. Once in a while it would pop all the way open but that could have been the door not being shut all the way. I used a vice to slightly straighten the 2 bends in the link. It only needs to be long enough that the vertical arm...

    Door latch issue

The actual problem is the link from the outside door latch to the catch mechanism. Grinding isn't necessary and isn't a good idea. If you remove the latch and take off the bent link that goes from the outside door handle part you can streighten it a little bit until the link on the latch side...
