Yikes, that doesn't inspire confidence. I would take it to the dealer ASAP and have them resolve the issue. It sounds like one of the CVT clutches might be frozen and is not releasing the belt like it should.

That seems like it would defeat the purpose. Most manufacturers have a speed limit rating on their flip-up glass windshields, and it is usually pretty low, like 15 mph.
Are you putting regular or premium fuel in it? I had a Can-Am that would only run the regular cheap stuff. If I put premium fuel in it, it would run like crap.
