I can't find any information about an AM/FM tuner on the new Ridge. Hopefully, someone can chime in on whether there is a way to access it or add it.

Congrats on the new Ridge and welcome to the forum! I've heard some good things about the AA clutch kit, so you might look into that if the shimming doesn't solve it.

That is much easier than I was expecting. It's nice that the clutches are easily accessible through the wheel well.
