My headliner begin to droop from day one (now with 500 miles use) It bulged out and the dealer ordered a new headliner and installed it covered by warranty. Dealer said it was the first one they have had to change out and could not give any explanation as to why it did. The other issue dealt with was the Drivers side seat cushions that are held in place by a small nylon type hook held in place by a shouldered screw. Not much use if you have to take a screw out to use the storage space below the seat. They break easily if you try to remove the seat without taking the shouldered screw out first. Dealer replaced both seat cushions under warranty probably only to fail again at some point. A real design flaw in my opinion. Love the Ridge so far with very little complaints. Love that little inline four cylinder engine.
