We took our Ridge out on the trail again today, in the Modoc Forrest. The trails / roads were rough with fairly deep ruts and bumps, with water crossings etc. The Ridge did fantastic. It was surprising how smooth the ride was.
Starting from a stop is clunky, even worse in reverse and that is my biggest complaint. We have purchased the Aftermarket Assassins, complete clutch kit. It did cost over 550.00 It did already arrive. However we are having so much fun its going to be a minute or two before we head home to put the clutch in. I am hoping it will reduce or even eliminate the clunky take off, also I am hoping for a little lower RPM. I do have the electrical gremlin that sometimes keeps the accessories from turning on. When that happens I just shut it off and restart it and all is well. I will be taking it in in October to the Tractor dealer where I purchased mine to repair that and give it the once over. We are retired and purchased the Ridge to replace our Quads. Guess what ..... It has made our Quads absolutely obsolete for us.
At this point we have only had the Ridge for a little over a week, and 246 miles as of today. Even with the clunky take off we are very happy with it so far. Would I buy it again YES! Anyway, just wanted to share our limited experience with our 2024 Ridge with HVAC. In a few weeks when we get home, I will install the clutch kit and give my thoughts on it. My wife is also making me install the horn and side mirrors on it. I already installed a winch and the Garmin . The horn is so when my wife is driving it around the area she can honk at me as she goes by.

Welcome to the forum, and thanks for the initial review! Please keep us posted on the clutch kit and let us know how you like it after you get it installed.

I have the same electrical problem with my 2025 Ridge Crew Limited. When this occurs with mine, none of the accessories work, and only the subwoofer functions, while the rest of the speakers remain inactive. If I turn the key on and off a couple of times, it starts working and is good for the rest of the day. It only seems to occur when it sits overnight or for an extended period. The dealer has a case with Kawasaki, and Kawasaki has provided them with a checklist of things to work on. 1st item on the list is the speaker connection. I heard this was the problem on a few other guys' machines in this forum, as for the clutch kit. I purchased an AA clutch kit for my vehicle. Make sure that it comes with the bushings in the weights! If not every 200 miles you will be taking it apart and greasing the pins. I sent my weights back to AA and they bushed them for me. The stock clutch on my 2025 Crew Limited works great. Really smooth. I don't think I am going to put the AA kit back in. I did buy a JBS primary spring, which I will try out. I agree with you, a few less RPM's would be nice, but it is an inline 4.
