Just wondering if everyone is happy with their AC. Used mine the other day and it wasn't quite as cold as I thought it should be. 84 degrees and ok inside but not as cold as I thought it should be. I would think you guys down south hitting 90 and above would notice this more than me. I did notice that if I stop with it running it is definitely better inside the cab. The faster I go the warmer the cab gets, yes there is alot of heat blowing in at speed especially between the seats at the back of the console. Maybe it is as simple as taking out the console and insulating it and trying to plug that big hole at the bottom at the back of the console. I believe after another drive the AC is Probably cold enough it is the Heat generated inside the cab, that console produces a ton of heat Any thoughts on the heat from the inside??

Man you will not believe the hot air that comes in when the console is removed. I am talking major hot air from 20 miles an hour and up. Open your window and it triples the air coming in. Now when the fan comes on the radiator, it blows 5 times as much again. As you know the fan sucks air through the radiator which blows directly into the console opening. I am telling you it is that much it will almost blow the hat off your head. Now how do you stop it before it gets into the tunnel to the console. There is no easy way to stop it that I see yet as the driveshaft is turning all the time making jamming something in there harder.I may be exaggerating a bit but it is phenomenal what comes in there.little wonder the Ac can't keep up.
