With 70 miles on my new Kawasaki Ridge Platinum Edition Crew after refueling on a 110 degree Arizona day. Upon restart it was in limp mode and i could only do 4 miles per hour. Engine temp on start up was 230 degrees while sitting. Quickly dropped off to 200 degrees as I moved away from the pumps where I parked and goggled it to learn there have been issues from topping off the fuel level to cap height. Following what was addressed engine off I removed the fuel cap and it burped from the pressure inside and fuel over flowed the opening. Wasn't a lot and it stabilized. I reinstalled the fuel cap and the Ridge returned to normal operation. Has anyone else experienced this type of situation? Have to say it was very disconcerting!
