Surges while accelerating

Bought a new 2026 Ridge Inline4 and am having problems with it surging during acceleration. It doesn't matter what power range or gear it's in. Very frustrating. Ideas or thoughts on what could be causing this?
there is a factory fix for this but only helps slightly, its free, factory says its a issue with the ridge.

I have a 2025 Camo with almost 3000 miles. Yes, my machine was jerky from the start, but it seems to be improving every time I drive it. I've learned to live with that quirk & absolutely love the machine. I also own a 2025 Kawasaki NA4e, which is excellent, well, except for the suspension, which isn't even close to the Ridge. I hope that Kawasaki offers an EV Ridge in the near future!

Go to Aftermarket Assassins and buy their clutch kit for the ridge. If you do not care about top end, put the max number of weights you can fit in the arm, and
your machine will be smooth as silk and drop the rpms at all speeds. You will lose a little on top end, but that jerkyness will be long gone. I am not sold on my Ridge, as I have some fit finish issues and other problems with it, but that will solve the take-off issue for sure.
